Forgot team name

Overview

If you have a team name but cannot remember it, do not panic. There is a way to retrieve your allocated team name via email.

At the top-right of the login screen is a Forgot? button—tap this to reveal the Forgot team name form.

Enter your Skedulo user email address and tap the Send my details button. The request is sent to your Skedulo server. On receipt of the request, the email address is verified and an email notification is sent out to that email address containing your allocated team name.
