Skedulo Plus Product Extension - Reschedule a job

Enable resources to reschedule jobs from the Skedulo Plus mobile app.

Prerequisites

  • Administrators can install and configure mobile extensions.
  • Skedulo Plus app is enabled.
  • The skedulo-extension/reschedule-job package has been installed in your team. Contact your Customer Service Representative for more information about getting this extension installed.

In the team you want to install this extension, create a custom field in the Jobs object with the following information:

Reschedule a job in the Skedulo Plus app using the Reschedule job extension

The form will appear on the job details screen if the job meets the following criteria:

  • The job has a start date and time at the current time or in the future.
  • The job status is not Canceled, Queued, Completed, or Pending Dispatch.
  • The job is not locked.

To reschedule a job, do the following:

  1. On the job details screen, tap the Create a follow-up job form option.

  2. Select the option to reschedule the job:

    a. Select from suggested times: Select from the list of dates and times based on your availability. b. Select date and time: This will allow you to select any date and time to reschedule the job.

  3. Enter the Rescheduling reason.

  4. Click Save.
