How to add Skedulo as a trusted network
Overview
All the outbound connections from Skedulo’s internal (API) services pass through NAT gateways.
For those organizations working behind a Salesforce security firewall, you’ll most likely need the IP addresses of these gateways to configure your network and establish a secure connection.
Most customers will need to add a group of IP addresses from both the Outbound Connections and Authentication sections.
Outbound connections
The following table lists the outgoing IP addresses (source addresses) from where the Skedulo application connects to Salesforce.
These IP addresses should be included to accept requests from our webhooks.
US region (required)
NAT IP addresses to allow access to Skedulo web and mobile apps.
Important

We do not expect the source IP addresses (listed above) to change frequently; however, they are subject to change. If a change occurs, a disruption of service may result during the transition period.Authentication
Skedulo uses Auth0 to provide authentication.
